......And Now He Can't Even Stay Awake

Someone here on Mylot made the comment that I really needed to quit "hating on Trump". Sure government is not the way it is all because of Trump. That is not even my biggest beef with the creep. No, no, no. My dislike of this joke of a man is not just what he is doing to this country. I have been watching him on TV and in the news since the early 90s. Showing off his gold studded penthouse, lying about how rich he is, hiding his taxes, etc.. He is the picture you see in the dictionary when you look up the word narcissist. He is a racist, lying, woman hating, self obsessed bigot that knows nothing about tact, graciousness, ethics, morals or his duty as president. He is an evil con man and needs to be eradicated. And now he is ill and can't even stay awake to do what little he does.

Everyone who voted for him should be ashamed of themselves. Its not like we didn't already live through his 1st disastrous term.

I agree with whomever suggested that you should stop hating on Trump. Because your personal biasies, you're not able to see the bigger picture. If he did something good, it'd get swept under the rug or twisted into something bad, all because you hate him.

The bigger picture? I have seen him do very little good. Most that he tries to make look good are for his own selfish reasons. He's twisted. Why in the world do you even try to defend him? Our country is going down the tube. We are an embarrassment now because of him. What good do you see him doing? Tell me that.

I think people have the right to their opinions; that said, I can't stand the man. Some people are comparing him to Reagan, and while I didn't agree with Reagan as a president, I can see a few comparisons, albeit small ones; the two really were nothing alike other than being conservatives. Reagan knew how to give a speech, and I believe he honestly was trying to do what he thought was right for our country, even if I didn't agree with him (obviously, based on what I know now, I was a baby when he was president), and he was much more tactful in his approach to things. He gave credit where it was due and didn't make it all about himself. As a person, Reagan seemed like a good person (in my opinion), but wasn't really what I would want in a president, apart from his good speaking skills. Trump, I can't even believe he is allowed in office. He is a convicted felon. You can't even work at Burger King if you're a convicted felon, but you can be president? It doesn't make sense to me. I know a lot of people in my area who support him, and I try not to bring up politics with them if I disagree. That said, if and when he does something I agree with, I will give him credit, but as of yet, I haven't seen anything I think he should have credit for. The few things he has done that I didn't disagree with were basically from backlash.

@celticeagle He was; he always gave credit where it was due, and actually had a decent sense of humor and could laugh off things that Trump would never laugh off. Reagan was making jokes after he was shot and ready to go into the operating room. I can't picture Trump doing that. Trump had a graze, and while I don't remember his reaction afterwards, I highly doubt it was with the same sense of humor Reagan had when he was actually seriously wounded.

Trump has created so much misery in Asia as the Strait of Hormuz is closed for all practical purposes. Most Asian countries are dependent on imported fossil fuels and ships are stuck in the high seas. Even cooking gas is in short supply. And the agreement seems to be not working.
