When i lived in Pocatello my mom found Lamb's quarter in the back yard. It is a wild green and is highly nutritious. You could identify it by the sparkles on the back of the leaf.
Nowadays I eat alot of spinach and turnip greens.
Greens have fiber, calcium, as well as vitamins A,C and K. Vitamin K is not real well known to many but I learned about it when I was pregnant. It helps with blood coalguation and bone density.
Good stuff. Easy to fix and chuck full of nutrients.

I would have thought that was meat lol. But good to know. I need to get back to my daily vitamins, but never can stay in habit of it.

I can see where there might confuse you. It takes several months to change habits.

Unfortunately I can't have spinach, etc. Must have too much potassium or something.
