Happy Thursday Everyone! it's a blue sky, sunny morning here in my little corner of the myLot world. The lawn crew is here zipping around with their noisy mowers. I'm hoping I can get the attention of one of the guys and have them trim the bush between my garage and front porch. It's gotten too high and starting to branch out blocking the sidewalk. You would think they would do this automatically but every year I have to remind them. Frustrating! My day yesterday went pretty well and even my phone call to my friend wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. Today is laundry day. Changing the sheets on my bed and doing all the towels. I finally finished my book last night and now I can pick my next one. My older daughter gave me a few books that she finished so I'll probably choose one of those. I've basically been reading on my Kindle as I have trouble with a real book if the print is too small but the books she gave me seem to be okay enough for me to read. Decisions! Decisions! Usually I read 2x as many books as she does but lately she's been going through books way faster than me. She's already passed her reading goal for this year and I'm not even half way close to mine. Aside from which book to choose it's the daily decision of what to make for dinner. I'm thinking of ham steak with baked sweet potatoes and some sort of veggie. Looks like a good day ahead for me and hope that your day is going well
