This morning, I saw breaking news about earthquakes in California, Oregon, and Idaho. I have family in those places. New quakes were happening along with tsunamis. My heart did flip flops because of the 3 major quakes that just happened. They happened to be old quakes they resurrected for clicks. Do you think this is legal or moral? Is it okay to add mayhem and disasters to the current serious crises?

It can be very scary especially hen done on purpose. How do you prove who started rumors or who believed them and repeated them.

I have seen comments that some of these could be solved by putting dates on news stories. They say it should be a law. I hope it comes true.

@akalinus printed stories are always dated, so it's established practice. I agree it makes sense for video, as well.

There are a lot of unethical things. Honesty is not valued anymore. Sometimes it starts in high government offices and by scammers.

i try not reading about tragedies but, yes, from yahoo news to other news channels, they jsut shock you and with no right information.
