What can you pop?

Your first answer might just be popcorn. But I was just walking, and my hip popped. I had felt a little pain, but it had been so long since I needed to pop them. This time, they just did it spontaneously. Yeah, I could probably use the help of a chiropractor, but that’s not in the budget. I used to be able to pop my right arm after my life changing car wreck, but I was seeing a chiropractor then because the car settlement allowed me to afford it. What about you? Is there anyone who doesn’t relate at all?

Just my knuckles, and of course popcorn.

Remember when we were kids and they’d tell us popping our knuckles caused arthritis? Or maybe my generation was the only one lied to.

@Fleura They say it’s a fallacy, and mine have proven to be fine.

When you said popped, did you mean dislocated? I'm really sorry about that. I can only imagine how painful it will be. I have never experienced that before

Oh, no, it wasn’t dislocated completely. Kind of like slightly out of place, which hurts, but is nothing as bad as a dislocation.

I can pop the knuckles in my fingers, and used to be able to do it in my toes, but not anymore it seems. Once in a blue moon I will pop my neck, that is always a relief.

Three things: popcorn and my knuckles and very occasionally my right knee.

@AmbiePam Yes, my hip pops from time to time. When I’m walking I can just feel that something’s not right and something needs to pop. After a while it pops and all’s well.

My neck used to pop a lot, and at least one time a day it would be really loud. I got headaches if it did not pop. Somewhere along the line that need has gone away mostly. I am a little gravelly and snappish from time to time. If my knee lets out a big pop I am likely to be grounded for a while cause it hurts.

I'm afraid I don't relate at all. Is that good or is it bad?

I have trouble trying to walk due to the humidity from the outside of the home making my lower legs feel they are on fire.

I think the better question for me and possibly you is what doesn’t pop lol my neck pops my arms, popping my elbows, my fingers, my wrist, my hips, my knees, and my ankle specifically my left ankle that I broke and that pops a lot. There’s some days that every step I take it pops.

Did you see a chiropractor for any of that? I know insurance doesn’t cover it now…

I have a hip that pops sometimes, but I can't pop it on my own. When it pops, I definitely feel it. I did have it checked when it started happening, all is the same. I don't need a new hip so that's a good thing.
