I am guessing that most people have 1 or 2, maybe you have regular yellow and Dijon for instance. I have regular mustard, Dijon, dill pickle mustard which is awesome, deli mustard and stone ground. The dill pickle mustard is new acquisition and has become my favorite. The others I use mostly in cooking or on a hot dog or burger.

I use regular mustard quite a bit. I love the dill pickle mustard now though.

@snowy22315 that's one I've never heard of but it sounds interesting. I bet it would be good in tuna or chicken salad.

@snowy22315 - I usually have honey at home, if needed I can make honey mustard mixing the Dijon mustard, a bit of mayo, lemon juice and the honey.

I don’t have any, believe it or not. I do like honey mustard dressing, and I much prefer Dijon to any other kind.

I have seen Colman's mustard before which I believe is English mustard. Not sure if that is what you meant.
