Friday was my scheduled blood test to see how I am faring with my blood glucose and cholesterol plus some other blood related test to see my condition. My last test was performed last Mar and today is my 3rd month to do a retest to see how I am faring. And the results was psotively reassuring my FBS and HBA1c was astoundingly good from 5.5 to 5.3 which indicates I have gone lower than a prediabetic level is. I think this one is good news to me. It just means that my condition has greatly improved already. I am thinking of asking my doctor if my medications can be lowered now that it has reached this low already. My cholesterl slightly higher then the previous but it was still within borderline of goign over board. My liver is pretty healthy as well as my kidneys. On Tuesday is my scheduled Ultrasound and ECG and from there I will know if my organs are working ok visually and then I should start to make an appointment to my doctor to get his opinion about the results. Although I have already have it read and analyze by AI and will just confirm if they both have same opinion about the results.

I was anxious at first, worried that my exercise routine might not be effective in lowering those numbers, but it turned out it was working. Seeing those numbers drop even more this time was really encouraging.

I started limiting my food intake and doing treadmill walking 4x a week and l think that one has made a big impact on the results of my test. One physical proof is my ring now easily slips from my finger. my pants are all loose now that l need to tighten my belt so that it would not sag on me.

I'm glad things are going well for you, too. My H1C levels are below pre-diabetes levels now, too. I hope all the rest of your blood tests come out well.

I noticed a slight increase in my cholesterol levels but the number are atill within the normal range still so I guess it’s still safe to say I don’t need to worry too much about that.

I challenged myself last February when I began this treadmill walking exercise. I followed it religiously until today, and I tried to eliminate rice from my diet for a couple of months with very promising results.
