It's Been a Lucky Lottery Week

Three times this week I won $50 on scratch-off lottery tickets. And no, I didn't spend $50 or more on them.
I take half the winnings for savings and spend the other half back on buying more tickets, which as I said, has been profitable this week.
Plus this morning I found a $7 voucher on the ground that I was able to use at Walgreens. It was one of their coupons where if you spend $25 you get $7 in future rewards. It was just laying there on the ground outside the store. I count that as a $7 win.

Wow, that has been a pretty lucky week! Winning three $50 scratch-offs without putting that much back into them is definitely a nice streak. I also think your approach of splitting the winnings between savings and fun money is a smart way to handle it. You get to enjoy the excitement without letting it turn into just spending everything back.
