In my area of Boise, Idaho and Ada County the Sherriff's office said that between the hours of 12a. and 6a. 1,765 calls were logged by dispatchers. These calls were about illegal fireworks, setting them off in the foothills which is against the law, and disposing of still hot fireworks incorrectly and causing fires. It was one of the busiest 4ths on record

There were some fireworks in my area but it was mild noise last night and short.

My city was good, for most part, A couple of buster bunkers, what I call them anyway, but we pretty far away from can make a forest fire anyway, The surrounding area sounded crazy though.

Hopefully people got tickets and fines for those calls. If they do/did, there won't be as many next year.

So if they were answering all these calls about illegal fireworks, was there no real crimes happening.
