I just don't understand how health insurance staff like people more in person. What do you think, myLotters?

Only when it was covid, they permitted applying documents via email here but after that, no. And i think it's not mandatory per se still, i got another decline email that it must be in person. We have 32C but that's fine by them, it seems.
And when you get there in person, they are not in the mood or something. Why won't they embrace this digital age.
Ah, bureaucracy in this country. I heard that in South Korea everything is digital, even going to bank. No need to go anywhere. That's a bliss.
What do you think?

Our country is going digital rapidly, too. People have adopted paying through UPI , Unified Payment Interface. But during COVID, we went to the hospital , got the vaccine administered and came home. We didn't have any problem.

for ordinary people or for job applications, communicating over email is must but many act how they want. i would undestand if i am asking some complicated things.

@valherma00 I understand. Most people don't understand it. They prefer to them offline . I had to learn these things by one of my friends.

All of our insurance interactions here are done online or on the phone. I never meet insurance people in person. That is difficult when it is so warm out.

I can understand your frustration. The pandemic showed that many services could be handled online, so it seems odd that some offices went back to requiring everything in person.
