I'm Here With A Big Mug of Coffee

Happy Wednesday Everyone! it's a beautiful sunny day here today. It was nice waking up to sunshine streaming through my window.
Today looks like a normal routine day. Hopefully no unexpected sidetracks.
Yesterday was busy but it felt good to get stuff done and be able to cross it off my "to do" list. I don't actually have a written "to do" list but there's always stuff to get done.
My older daughter came over last night for our girls night and a short while later my grandson popped in for a surprise visit. He's home from college but is working a full time job over the summer so I haven't really seen much of him. So, his unexpected visit brought a big smile to my face. Of course I collected my hugs 
I'm actually going to cook tonight. We haven't had a pasta night in awhile since it just seemed too hot to have a heavy meal but tonight we're having breaded and air fried eggplant cutlets with whole wheat spaghetti. I'll get the marinara sauce cooking shortly
Now I'm going to enjoy my coffee and chat here for awhile.

You're sipping coffee while myLotting, and since we just finished eating a little while ago, I am enjoying my ice cream cone with frozen yogurt. I get the Black Jack flavour, which is a swirl of chocolate and cherry frozen yogurt with cherry pieces and delicious little chocolate ups in it. Yum yum.
We had a no-cook night tonight, we did wraps and he had some of the macaroni salad that I made for him yesterday and I had a handful of potato chips.
It was an excellent day in my world today.

I am a tead drinker and in this heat could not imagine hot coffee, I start my day in front of the PC with either a cold cup of iced tea no sugar or iced ginger and lemon tea,

I have coffee here beside me too. It was a bit cooler than it has been last night too here as well, so I had ravioli. I need to try eggplant cutlets in the air fryer sometime.

This mornings coffee started off hot but I got involved on the computer and only sipped it here and there so by the time it was finished it was cold

It certainly was. My grandkids are so big now and either working full time or away at college. I do treasure when I get to see them
