I slept...

I was checking out what all you had to say for yourselves here and read that Heather (@GardenGerty) didn't sleep well last night and was considering taking a nap. I thought that was a great idea, so took myself off to bed about 11am and promptly fell asleep. Then rain on the patio cover made such a clatter, I awoke to find that it was 1:11! It took me another 20 minutes before I managed to peel myself off the sheets, which was just as well, as it was time to put another drop in my left eye. (The worst thing about having cataract surgery is having to put drops in 4 times a day.)

When Yvonne finally has her cataract surgery my bet is she will put the drops in for a few days, or I will, and then it will be less and less Speaking of sleeping The last 3 nights that we have been here on holiday have been the best 3 nights sleep I have had in years.

Not a good idea to skip the drops. Why bother with the surgery if you're not going to do the aftercare? It'll affect how effective the surgery will be.

@BarBaraPrz Exactly. She said she will do things properly. But I don't believe it

It sounds like you had a great nap! I think I’m susceptible to the power of suggestion because now I want a nap!

You are so right that it's a pain having to put drops in your eyes. I also enjoyed a nice nap yesterday afternoon.

It's so easy to miss having drops if you're not used to doing it. Those four hours can go by very quickly.
