Another dark day with rain looking like it is imminent..Oh joy, however once these are passed it is supposed to be nice and less humid for a few days only to get re hit with heat later in the week, but it won't be as bad as the last round, Thank God for that. I was shocked this morning to see Sen. Lindsey Graham of SC has died. He was another diehard Republican in the Senate for eons, and probably Trump's biggest ally in Congress. Can't say I am sorry he is gone, but he was a little more ethical than some I think, but how could he have been if he was in bed with Trump. It's a non secquitur Anyway, trying to get ready for the visit of son and friend..not helping me get ready though was spilling half a pint of blueberries on the floor...yay me..

@snowy22315 - I usually go out in the morning, I walk for a while go to the store, chat with neighbors and come back home. It's refreshing and good for my spirit.

I never like to hear of someone dying. The finality just gets me. No more chances to make things right with people, although a lot of people probably don’t feel they need to.
Last night we had another storm, and I just braced myself for no electricity, but thankfully, it stayed on.

Hubby told me about Graham this morning. It was a surprise. I never thought of him as ethical. In fact he made me think of those old TV preachers who got ultra rich from people's donations.

He had strong convictions. He did help quite a few people though. Senator of Tim Scott of SC is doing a remembrance on Face the Nation now
