There are no new champions in world cup soccer

England, France, Argentina and Spain entered world cup soccer semi finals. Spain and England lifted the trophy once. France won 2 times. Argentina won 3 times. So there are no new teams to lift it. The 4 teams have first four rankings.

maybe it is time for england and france to win again. i always root for those who have the smaller number of wins.
