Icecreams do alleviate headaches!

I just realised that. I was having the worst sort of headache, and I remembered I had a small portion of ice cream in the tub. I took it out of the freezer and dug straight into it.
I don't know why it works but it works!
The weather here is really dreary and rainy. I don't like too much rain. I had to go to office today.

The irony here is if you eat it too fast, it can give you a headache.

@Ineeddentures I have more than once, but the worst was an icy slush. That was painful.

Ice creams can indeed help relieve a headache and trust me so can chocolate.
We are having some really great weather here just now
Especially great as we enter the second week of our holiday

Sitting in a bathtub full of chilly water also relieves a headache. Or, a tub of warm water while eating ice cream works, too.

If I have a headache I absolutely cannot eat any ice cream. It intensifies the pain too much. I guess everyone is different.
