Mango sticky rice is one of the most famous desserts from Thailand, and after trying it, I completely understand why so many people love it. It is made with sweet ripe mangoes, soft glutinous rice, and rich coconut milk, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess.
The combination may sound simple, but every bite is incredibly satisfying and refreshing, especially on a warm day. I enjoyed tasting this classic Thai dessert during our visit, and it was a wonderful way to end a meal. The fresh mangoes were juicy and naturally sweet, while the sticky rice soaked in coconut milk added a comforting texture.
It's amazing how a dessert with just a few ingredients can be so flavorful.

I follow a young Filipino's video blogs about his camping trips. He always cooks fish or chicken while on a camping trip with his friends, recording himself making their meals. I am almost positive he made sticky mango rice for everybody along with fish and potatoes for one meal. They all seemed to enjoy it.
You know I won't eat rice but I do like fresh mango once in a blue moon.
