As most of you know, I work from home.
I do not need to buy and pack a lunch or snacks on a regular basis, since I only work in the office one day a month.
I do bring my lunch when I go to look after the girls, something quick and simple is my usual go to.
But, I rarely pack what I consider to be a feel good food for me. You know, a mood lifter really, is what I mean.
On my feel good list is deli sliced cheese, most particularly either marble or Swiss.
Another on the top of my list is yogurt.
What tops your feel good food list?

That’s a good question. I used to think about my Nana’s BLT sandwiches. There was nothing like hers, and I think a lot of it was because of the tomatoes she bought at a farm stand nearby. Even my dad still talks about her BLTs every time someone mentions bacon. We try to beat him to it now.

My feel good food is probably food that I rarely eat. Pad thai is one of them and Tteokbokki. And I'm referring to the authentic ones from Thailand and Korea. I'm always happy when I'm eating them.

I bought some today, ice cream! I also like cherries and watermelon.

When I was working, I would often have a Cup-A-Soup (just add hot water) and a small tub of yoghurt. Nothing special but I always enjoyed it.
