Gold Coin Cake.

We bought this at the night street market in Thailand.
We have a local version of this here, they call it 10 Yen I think.
Both have mozzarella cheese inside. But the cheese in Thailand I think is authentic mozzarella 
is really stretchy unlike the one from from my country.
Have you tried something like this?

I've never heard of a gold coin cake but I do love a good mozzarella that is stretchy
