Do You Still Send Cards?

Happy Wednesday Everyone! it's day one of the heat wave and temperatures will soar by mid day. At least it's only for a few days and then a break.
My daughter had a doctor appointment earlier this morning and she got home sooner than she expected. She brought home some hot "out of the oven" bagels from our local shop so we got to have breakfast together before she headed off to work.
Since my back has been feeling better I've been able to get a few things done but still taking it easy so I don't repull that muscle. The pain certainly wasn't worth feeling it again.
My best friend is having a birthday soon and I got her a really pretty card. I happened to see this sticker on Etsy so I ordered it to put in her card.

It made me laugh and I figured she'd love it

That's really nice. I don't send cards anymore. The last one I sent out was many years ago but I made it myself. It was sent to a good friend of mine in another country. He still has the card though and it's in his office desk.

I had three best friends from 6th grade and one passed away, the one living below me with her family and the reason I came to Florida and got stranded here. Then a couple of close friends I grew up with,

That’s an amazing sticker! I absolutely love it! I love when people still send cards. I’m starting to send any card remotely big via Amazon because of my Christmas debacle.I don’t trust the post office anymore.
I do have a bestiest bestie! She’s still looking for a place to live so she needs all the encouragement she can get.

That's adorable, and glad you are feeling better. Have you ever thought of doing gentle yoga or mild stretching exercises to make your muscles less tight and less prone to injury? I bet even a massage would help.
