What is this creature??

Not far from here there is a very long hedge, which is about 2 m high. And there is a sort of topiary creature clipped into one end of it.
Usually I catch a glimpse of it as we drive past and I can never figure out what it’s meant to be.
So yesterday when I was cycling that way I thought ‘Aha! Now I can have a proper look!’ I stopped and walked past back and forth a couple of times, but I still couldn’t work it out.
I took a photo and I’ve asked family and friends what they think it’s meant to be and received a variety of answers. To me the back legs look just like a hare, but the head and neck is more like something like a cassowary, or maybe some sort of dinosaur.
Some people have claimed it looks like a kangaroo.

I was thinking like you that the leg looks like a rabbit. But I would also think maybe a T-Rex dinosaur

@Fleura I can't tell that It doesn't have good resolution. Maybe I should look at it on a bigger screen I just see a couple of small protrusions. OK switched to computer I see them now..dinosaur.
