Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 68 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 84 degrees F and some thunderstorms are expected. I hope that the rain knocks some of this crud from the wildfires out of the air. I woke up at 5am which while not ideal on summer break is better than 2 and 3 am like its been for the past 2 weeks. Hopefully this trend continues. I will try my best not to nap today. I plan to get over to the pool today after 3 days off. I am very dark but the redness from the sunburn is gone. I enjoy a good thunderstorm but I hope that they hold off until later in the afternoon. I'd like to float around for a bit. Aside from the pool my big plans are just to place a grocery order, clear some stuff out of the fridge, and take out garbage/recycles. The whole dragging them down 2 flights of stairs and around the building to the dumpsters is surely the worst part of living on the 3rd floor. At the house I used to just open the back door and drop them in the garbage can. What's everyone else up to today?
