A Nice Dinner

So last night it was cooler, not the triple digits like today and Wednesday. Ugh! My daughter fixed salmon filets and baby peas. It was so tasty after not eating much in the last couple of days. I like the salmon with some unagi sauce drizzled on it.
What is your favorite meal and how do you like it fixed?

I'm glad you ate something, even if it was fish and peas, neither of which I can/will eat. At least you're putting fuel in your body.
I have a lot of favorite meals. Really, the only thing I love that I don't make myself is Springfield-style Cashew Chicken. Pretty can make it but usually won't because it takes a lot of steps. I usually cut up the chicken for her but she doesn't like doing the other steps, either.
