I Got Motivated

After I went outside the first time. It feels nice out with the cloud cover. So I managed to get a few things done.
I got hubbies flower planted finally. The last couple of rains helped loosen the dirt some. I also have the wire on the door. I will put another one on when my order gets here. Finished shoveling dirt from the floor of the future duck pen too. That filled a hole where Jill doberman is. Something had decided to dig where she is buried. Also pulled a bunch of weeds. The back patio area looks better now. I added more salt to the cracks too. It's slowly growing less weeds.
Except watering plants and putting chickens up I am done for the day. Hope you had a good day.

You have just given me a good idea for the patio
I will take some salt and put it into the gaps and see if the weeds will stop growing

Maybe you can find a big rock or two for Jill's resting place, so you won't have to worry about anything digging there.
It was hot and horrible and the heat index was nuts today. And tomorrow will be the same. Might get storms later tonight.

You got quite a bit done. I made that tea chicken and went swimming. I tried to get motivated to wash the floor, but I settled for loading and running the dishwasher and putting away some laundry. I also trimmed some weeds. Some nice person cut my grass strip in the front so that's done.
