Home made fries in the air fryer ……

I was busy watering the garden ….veggies and flowers ….and then my lovely neighbour came round and filled me in with all the gossip about the building work going on at the house next door to her.
So , I then didn’t have time to cook the tea I had planned.
So, I had some small potatoes and decided to make some fries.
25 minutes in the air fryer and hey presto ! They were done.
Salt and vinegar and a side order of mayo to dip them in.
Delicious …..

We buy fries that are already spiced and I dip mine in a mixture of ketchup and mayo.

That sounds like the perfect improvised dinner! Sometimes a simple plate of crispy fries is exactly what you need, especially after spending the day watering the garden and catching up on the neighborhood gossip. ??
