Have You Ever Had a Shopping Habit You Finally Broke?

For many years, I had a habit of buying pens. It didn't matter whether I actually needed one or not. If I saw a pen with a nice design, smooth ink or an interesting colour, I would buy it. I ended up with drawers full of pens, many of which I never even used!
These days, I hardly buy any. I realised I already had more than enough, and now I only replace them when they run out. Looking back, I wonder why I felt the need to keep adding to my collection. I suppose our interests and priorities change as we get older.
Have you ever had something you just couldn't resist buying, even though you didn't really need it? Do you still buy it, or have you finally broken the habit? What made you stop?

Buying too many journals of the same kind when I use only one. I have too many pens as well and I love collecting them, but I use all of them!
I stopped buying too many journals especially one of the same kind.
