Ash Everywhere

For last two days my daughter and my grandson have said that when they go outside I see ash on the surfaces of cars and mailbox. It is rather weird. We do have fires all around us and that is a normal thing for this area every summer. We have been in a drought here for several years. Oregon and Canada are both ingulfed with fire too.
Are you seeing ash everywhere too?

Luckily the wild fire burning here is about 60 mikes away and had not deposited ash all over us

No ash here right now, but there are so many fires out west I can see why you are getting ash. The news was terribly sad, in Washington so many homes and businesses destroyed, so much damage and such a mess.

Ash can really make breathing difficult. If it gets worse, close the windows. I know I would have to do that.

No. Fortunately I never get to experience wild fires at all or suffer from its effect.

@celticeagle Too much sometimes it gets flooded in some low lying areas. Which isn't good at all.

No. Thank goodness the only weather related problem is the humidity outside during the day.
