Now there is an Irony Adolf Hitler received the Iron Cross First Class on 4 August 1918 for bravery during World War I. Corporal Adolf Hitler received an Iron Cross First Class on this date in 1918 upon the recommendation of Hugo Gutmann, a decorated Jewish lieutenant who was Hitler’s superior officer in the German army for seven months that year. Hitler wore the medal throughout the remainder of his life. Which sadly wasn't brief enough So there you have it Tomorrow in history

My grandfather was half Jew too @Ineeddentures but I also have Iroquois, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Scottish and of course English ..... I wonder who I left out

And he killed lots of Jewish in his time, some of the refugees came to the Philippines if I am not mistaken, and a vacant lot in Mindanao part of the Philippines was opened for them, that was the time of our late former president Manuel Quezon. Philippines was one of the few nations who helped and keep rescuing a lot of Jewish from Nazi regime, but sadly the rescuing was halted because Japan attacked the Philippines the start of World War 2. I hater wars!

Personally I have always been of the opinion if Hitler was still alive after the war he should have been sent and incarcerated in a concentration camp for the rest of his life,

Hugo Gutmann lived to see how Hitler betrayed him later. "yu tu brutus", comes to mind.
