I cooked a Chinese Chicken Curry with Steamed Basmati Rice and Prawn Cracker
It is some time since I cooked a Chinese Chicken Curry and I think that this was on a par with, or better than any of the Chinese Chicken Curry the Chinkers served up here in the takeaways
And the great news is
There is plenty more for tomorrow as I did a bulk sauce

Once again, it sounds very interesting. You know that I would not try that as I don't like a lot of the ingredients, nor would they be on my diet now lol. But that is good you have extra for tomorrow

I love chicken curry, my mom can cook that also, but my sister did not like that so she seldom cooks it, hehehehe.
