What's for dinner? August 5

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! Tonight we are having blackened salmon. Yum! I love salmon. To go with they sent over mixed vegetables (green beans, onions, cherry tomatoes) and loaded mashed potatoes. The main house preps and sends everything over so all we have to do is just pop everything in the oven and then serve. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!
