Pork sandwich and blueberry muffins

Just about lunchtime here. I have just had a pork sandwich …..followed by my Moms home made blueberry muffins. I have missed the muffins as she hasn’t made them for a few weeks. Is there anything your Mom used to cook that you really miss ?

Yes, homemade bread, corn pone, roasted turkey, scrambled eggs, roasted pork loin... I could write a lot of stuff here. Mom didn't cook a lot that I didn't like. Please tell your beautiful mother that I'm thinking about her. Thank you.

We have both been blessed with Mothers that were / are great cooks ….. I will tell her ……it always makes her giggle when I say ‘ DaddyEvil says hello ‘, or ‘ this hug is from DaddyEvil ‘…….i have told her your name, but I like her to chuckle……

That sounds delicious. If I could chew without pain I would really love a prk sandwich. The muffins sound mighty tasty too. I guess I miss my mom’s fried chicken and fried potatoes. I don’t make them, but hers were so tasty, and better than any restaurant.

Chicken is my favourite as you know so I’m sure I would really enjoy your Moms fried chicken and fried potatoes…..sounds yummy.
