Scampi, fries and coleslaw for a special tea ……

As you know we usually have a takeaway on a Friday evening…..tonight though is going to be different !
It’s The Misters Birthday weekend ……sssshhh, he is going to be 60 on Sunday ……
So, tonight we are having scampi, fries and coleslaw……and fresh cream eclairs for dessert…..
The Mister and my Mom sometimes have scampi when we go out to eat. I am just reintroducing it into my diet…..I couldn’t eat it for several,years as scampi and prawns etc made me ill.
I have said I only want a few scampi …..
We all love the eclairs ……

@LadyDuck …..my presents will be for after his Birthday as they are for day outs and activities and with him travelling so far to work at the moment it’s too far to drive to them right now …..they will be worth the wait ( I hope ).
Still, there are things each day this weekend too.

Girl, that sounds so good. You eat the absolute best food. I’ll be eat imitation crab because it’s really soft to chew. The only other thing I have to eat is pudding, and I’m kind of sick of it right now. And, it’s just too hot for soup.
