Trump must stop construction on his ballroom

An appeals court ruled today that construction on Trump's ballroom must be halted. The ruling stated that it requires approval from Congress and that Trump was a temporary resident of the White House and not the owner who can simply modify it so dramatically simply because he wants to.
The ruling explicitly states that it doesn't mean that the ballroom can't or won't be built but that it must be approved by Congress before that can happen. They voted down his $100 million request for funds to use in the construction so it doesn't seem likely that they will approve the monstrosity that Trump wants. That being said the site of the former East Wing looks like a bomb went off so something will have to be done in order to repair the damage.
Of course Trump has vowed to appeal the ruling to the Supreme Court.
I would love to know how many appeals he has sent to them thus far over the course of his 2 terms.
Too bad so sad.

He basically just called in bulldozers and flattened the entire wing. It was done without congressional approval and no real plan. The cost for building it has more than doubled with his original estimate. You are correct, it does look like a bomb went off.

I hope they're able to stop him but it doesn't seem like he takes much notice.
