My feet let me know it's going to be a warm one today. I checked and the high is supposed to reach 91 F this afternoon. Perfect swimming weather. I think I'll wash my dishes and then do my laundry before I indulge. . Oh, then I'll practice an Alex DeGrassi guitar tune I have been working on. What are you up to on this sunny and warm Sunday?

I am inside, trying to deal with anything that comes to mind that I can do during this flood, doing laundry, myLotting, playing Monopoly Go and eating a turkey sandwich. After the towels dry I am going to take a shower and then go for a walk to get some warmth and excercise some of my aches and pains.

@TheHorse I am in the northern Virginia area. Actually, my mistake....... it's chicken. I got a pack of chicken lunch meat and a pack of turkey. They are both good!

@TheHorse I drink loads of water, but after my doctor told me to up my salt intake I started drinking Gatorade and/or Pedialyte.
