Do You Just Let it Go or Say Something?

I order a favorite meal afew times a month. I get it through delivery with Uber Eats. It is the pepper lemon trout dinner with the hashbrown casserole and turnip greens with Vinaigrette from Cracker Barrel. I enjoy it and have been getting it for several years. It comes with two buttermilk biscuits that I enjoy later for a little snack with butter and honey.
The last couple of times I haven't gotten the meal I have not gotten the biscuits. This last time I decided to call the place. I spoke to a nice kitchen manager. He said for me to call them next time I order and they will add some goodies on the order. I was appreciative and told him I just felt it important to communicate when there seems to be a breakdown like this.
What do you think? Should they be made aware or would you not say anything? Maybe order from somewhere else next time? I think communication is important and places need to know. How can they repair such things if they don't know?

Oh I would let them know
I really would.
You did right
Too many people would say nothing
And that is why standards drop
By complaining you help future customers as well as yourself

Yes, I agree. I would be helping others who came after me.

Unless they have changed what you get with it I would say something

You were right to say something, unless you enjoy not getting your biscuits. Hope they are straightened out now.

I think it's good you mentioned it. Maybe they're cutting costs and cutting out the biscuits as a money-saver.
