Changing the filters in Moms hearing aids …..

Well, yesturday Mom asked me to change the filters in her hearing aids as she was told it needed doing every 3 months. We got all the necessary gadgets etc …and our minds just went blank. The audiologist did show how to do it, but that was 3 months ago …..crikey, a lot has happened in that time….. Anyway, I was up early and got to the centre as they opened, only to be told all the audiologists were on holiday ……thats simply bad planning if you ask me ! They have relief people going in but not every day. Luckily someone is in tomorrow. I have to go back tomorrow afternoon , then it’s a race against time to get the last bus from Moms into town to get me home again …. Fingers crossed all will be well ….watch this space !
