It's another cold morning

. It's 7:33 a.m. in Nigeria. I woke up about an hour ago but was too lazy to get off the bed. I was just rolling around till I heard the church beside my house with their morning program and I knew my day had started. Looking at the weather, it seems like the sun is gonna come out today. I'm not a big fan of sunny weather, but it is what it is. It's still pretty cold for now. Later, I'm going to the hospital to check on my stepdad. My stepbrother told me yesterday that he managed to eat a little solid food—just some beans. It wasn't much, but compared to the last few days—when he could only manage a few spoonfuls of semi-solid food, I see that as real progress. He's due to see a neurologist today, and if everything goes well, he'll be discharged afterward. So, I'm hopeful and I'm grateful for every little improvement.
