Happy Tuesday Everyone! weather wise today looks like a repeat of yesterday...hot, humid and thunderstorms. We had a big thunderstorm late yesterday afternoon and not only did we have torrential rain but wind that was bad enough to blow the chair off the deck of my neighbor behind me. They are new neighbors and probably didn't realize that anything lightweight can take flight when the wind gets bad. At least their chair didn't go far! I remember when I first moved here many years ago that the wind surprised me. One day my barbecue grill rolled clear across my deck. i learned pretty quickly that it needed to be secure so we chained it to the deck railing so it couldn't roll. Since yesterday was National Lazy Day I wound up being lazy so today I have things to do. Laundry tops the list along with the fun job of cleaning the bathroom. I got a new toilet bowl brush so you know how excited I am to use it Burgers are on the menu for tonight and I'm hoping the weather cooperates so I can grill them outside. That pretty much sums up my day and of course I'll squeeze in some reading and crocheting. Hope your day is going well
