The photo will show you where my friend took Rufus and me to today. Fresh air! Firs and ferns and vine maples and tall cedar trees. Bring it on. Bring plenty of it. We found the tap house that is open in the park during the summer. Friend had a beer and we all shared too tasty and steaming hot garlicy cheesy bread. We ate at a picnic table, Rufus right there and you bet eager to join in on the snack. We had a hilarious moment on our walk. A lady and her small fluffy dog were also out and about. Rufus seemed to be behaving so I said something to the lady. She and her dog came nearer. I wanted Rufus to be super behaving so I had him sit. Fluffy dog immediately sat, too!! Lady said he never sat unless she had a treat in her hand. Then I told Rufus to lie down. He did so and boom- that quick fluffy dog laid down like a perfect angel. Every human stared then had a good belly laugh. Apparently Rufus is now a dog trainer.
