What Do You Think About Mental Health Issues.

I get many people are off. People say I am off too and they would not be wrong. The thing is am I a concern to myself or society? While there is many with true mental health issues, I think most mental issues just comes from the way we made modern society.
I do not think a lot of people are a harm to themselves or society until you make them that way. Examples making everything about money, production and how much you own. I never worry about what people produce. People have always produced since the beginning of time or we would not be here.
I think that drives people mental with trying to keep up and not doing one thing they are truly passionate about. They just work non stop to keep corporate world happy so they can barely make enough to pay their bills.
They always say production is what makes the world go. If you created a world that had everything affordable and allowed them to do things they were passionate about. We all know this but some how get stuck in this vicious cycle we have to make the wealthy happy.
No we do not, we do need even need the wealthy. That's how you could improve the worlds mental health right there.
They said AI will be able to fix climate change one day or global warming. The funny things is you know what AI would say, turn me off because I use a boat load of resources just to give you advice.
Basically saying we know the cause and how to fix global warming, we know why mental health is so bad right now. Its because the rich and powerful want to rule the world and normal people do not want all that stuff.

Were you born with that though, not many tell how society can actually make people mentally off.
I am at least glad you know your issues, and admit that you need some help too make sure you stay on a healthy path.

@crossbones27 - It took years to get to where I know and recognize the issues, though. Society doesn't help, though.

@teamfreak16 Yeah, that is where I just went a whole other way. People and things were getting me so mad, I had to do my own thing or I would have snapped.

I don't disagree that real issues exist. But I also think it's a slippery slope. On the one hand, it becomes a default excuse if someone acts entitled, but then you don't want to ignore it if someone truely needs help. I also see mental illness as just being different, and often requiring more patience perhaps. I don't think people are broken or that's anything wrong with them per se. It's often a matter of perspective.

@crossbones27 I agree. And, while I can confirm that the military trains for senerios such of this (because anything could go wrong of no fault of the country), I also doubt that's true. And, if its.... not much we can do about it. Solidiers develop ptsd over less and 22 a day is real for a reason.

I agree, I do not think a lot of people are broken but they sure can snap and that is the part you do not want to happen. I am just saying all we have to do is make a few tweaks and a lot of this madness stops.
For example they saying Certain Navy Ships have been stationed outside Iran for 8 months with no breaks. What ever you think of the war, if Trump created it or not, those homies need a break from their job.
They saying sailors trying to jump off the ship and also They say this administration is not even dropping proper supplies for them to be their that long.
That is a man made mental problem that could have been avoided and I do not care how tough people are, that is not the point, you should never have to put up with stuff like that in this day in age.

You have some interesting ideas. I have delt with mental health issues throughout my life. I have major depression and my daughter is bipolar. The hard part is finding the right med. A lot of people don't believe in mental illness and I can partially understand. Unless you've delt with it it seems very foreign. But believe me it is not. Society is part of it but, people are actually born with short circuits in the brain.

I get that part, but in a world without these greedy people we could have medication ready and could be free if helps society, these evil people make it to expensive to live, even for a so called normal person. Making them have mental issues too.

That is what I am thinking that the rich and powerful want to rule the world by taking steps to fix global warming and we do not want to do what they suggest we do to follow their ideas.

What they suggest kills us all basically. No clean water, uses all the electricity power and no one can grow food because there is no clean water or electricity to make clean water. All for a all robot slave force they could not get with normal humans.

I agree to a point. Both are problems if you let survival take over or passion take over survival
