I have a cardiologist appointment in the morning, but I can already feel a migraine coming on, and I don’t want to get a cancellation fee tomorrow. I’ll just postpone now. Who wants to get out in the 104 F (40 C) heat anyway?

I'm so sorry. We had that kind of heat during our summer season as well and it's really terrible to be outside.

If you are not well then of course you can’t go. I hope that they manage to give you another appointment though …. Do you have migraines often ?

I’ve had them since I was eight years old. Recently, they had been getting rare, but this heat seems to have brought them back.

I hate the cancellation fee that you get charged for appointmetns if you wait to cancel them. I wouldn't want to go either.

I’m sorry that it is just so sickeningly hot. No one likes to be out in that type of heat, but to be put in it with a migraine would not be good. I hope you don’t get one but I do know how that can be.

We hit 100 here today. But got lucky and got a thunderstorm late afternoon and that cooled things off a bit. I don't blame you for postponing your appointment. I hope that migraine doesn't cause a lot of pain.
