Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 75 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 81. I'll take it! I have an appointment to set up IOP (intensive outpatient) sessions. I am doing them virtually because 6-9pm 45 minutes away is whack when I have to get up at 5am for work. My mother was going to go with me but the appointment got changed and she has something else she needs to do. I'll be at the pool later this afternoon. One of the neighbors said she'll be there because she is taking the day off. 2 more weeks left and then it is back to reality. . .

Good morning. It's cool this morning. Cooler than it has been. Definitely feels like the end of August. Two more weeks and my kids go back to school. It's definitely coming up pretty quickly.

Good morning. It is 68F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to reach 100F this afternoon. As far as I know, we don't have anything we're doing today. It will be too hot to go outside so I'll probably just stay inside and read as well as nap today. I hope you enjoy your day today.
