Oh oh. Balcony work.

I'm sitting here watching Kitty react to the fella working on the balcony next door. Mine is next. That means I have to move my balcony garden to my front door walkway. A minor annoyance. Anyway, Kitty was under my desk chair, which I have not seen before. She stayed there when I sat down. Then she moved to a position where she could carefully watch what was going on outside. Finally she fell asleep.
How is your day shaping up? I have to listen to electric drills, falling lumber, and tools I cannot identify today. I will swim later in the afternoon.
Photo is of the log I replaced last Summer in Montana. I hope it has held up.

I’ll land back in the USA in about am hour. Then customs, immigration, and a layover until final flight home. It’s been a very long day

I listened to a backhoe digging holes in the yard across the street from us yesterday and today the same neighbor has a crew replacing his roof. Noisy guys. I am feeling sorry for them out in this high heat. (It was supposed to reach 98F today. I forgot to see what it actually did reach.)
