I left without a Muffin !

So, as today is Thursday I met Mom and we went shopping. Didn’t have to get very much today , so we were back home in double quick time.
The baguettes went into the air fryer and we had a chat ….
Mom’s cousin and her husband are both 90 years old this year and we have been invited to their joint Birthday party meal. It’s not until October, but they need to know now how many people will be going so that they can book the tables …..it’s a big family so there will be lots there.
Next was Turkey baguettes ….yummy.
To dodge the rain showers I left Moms early ….and in my haste ….
I forgot to get my blueberry muffins !!!
I realised when I was on the bus so it was too late then to go back.
I will get them tomorrow when we go for tea.
When was the last time you forgot something?

Coincidentally my aunt will be celebrating her 90th birthday this October too.
I hope you're able to go to the party to celebrate the joint birthday for both your moms cousin and her husband. Turning 90 certainly requires a celebration

@Marilynda. Indeed 90 is a great age and they are both doing extremely well. Fingers crossed we will be going to the party/meal. I’m looking forward to it.
I rang Mom earlier and asked if she was having a cup of tea and a muffin ……she screamed and said “ oh ….no….you went without them ! I can’t believe we both forgot “.
I will get them tomorrow….

Mom has extra blueberry muffins? 
It's okay if you forgot them... Just give her my address and I'll send money so she can mail them to me.
