Roast chicken dinner ……and rice pud for dessert

Yes, Sunday is roast dinner day ….my favourite meal of the week.
Today, we had roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower, sweetcorn, sage & onion stuffing and gravy.
Delicious of course.
For dessert Mom he made a rice pudding.
The Mister and I had blackcurrant jam in it too.

When I was young, we used to always have roast for dinner on Sundays. Cauliflower sure sounds good and the stuffing. Are you taking reservations?

I made a barbecue chicken sandwich at 5 am after I took my morning meds. I'm not sure what we'll eat for late lunch/dinner this evening. Pretty is still asleep, so I haven't asked her yet.
