But
Wow did it taste good, I mean really good
Tesco Finest Rump Steak, Cooked Rare and rested properly, topped with a charred Yellow Pepper
Maris Piper hand peeled, Cooked in Lard Chips,
And a combination of Red, Yellow, and Green Peppers, Onions, Fresh Tomatoes, Garlic, Light Soy Sauce ,Dark Soy Sauce, Mustard, Salt and Pepper , Stewed gently until soft and left unblended at Diners request (and basically " pour it over the chips")
The obligatory Tin of Boddingtons for me and a Pepsi for Yvonne.
If I have ever cooked a Steak Better I would be surprised
And the unblended sauce lumped onto the chips, omg wow.
So there you have it

The steak on it's own might be good, never tried that cut of steak. And the potatoes on their own I'm sure would be great. The sauce without the veggies perhaps even lol

And why should I, when no one is open minded about my way of eating lol. Jk I couldn't care less...
You mentioned soy sauce, mustard, salt pepper... That's sauce adjacent lol.

It was all great
Even if you don't like half the stuff I cooked
Trust me, it was great
And perhaps if you had a more open minded approach to food, you would maybe like it all
There was no sauce without the veggies
The veggies were the sauce

Sounds very tasty to me, You should see what the plate looks like when I put up some French fries topped with canned chili and topped with shredded Cheddar a very messy mountain but also very tasty,

It just bugs me that it doesn't look so good
Yvonne wanted me to cook the sauce like I serve it in a curry
Just without the curry.
So I did
Bit it didn't translate properly with Chips
It looks awful
But it would be expensive
