So before those “cleaners” threw all my stuff away, I had been given a happy lamp to use for review. Unfortunately, it was thrown away before I got to make use of it.
However, this happy lamp pictured is being sent to me to review so I now have another chance to use one. This one is different than the other one, though I like the difference. I like that it can be a floor lamp, and kind of hang over my head.
Since several of you have one, I thought I’d ask you about your use. How long and often do you use them? Is there a certain brightness that you find the most helpful? When did you first realize you felt better?

I use mine in the winter because the long and gray days here with no sunshine just drain me and make me moody. I used mine whenever I am on the computer and have it stationed next to my screen. I use a medium density setting--not to dim and not too bright either. After a couple of days you should be able to feel the difference.

I have seen them online in pictures but don't have one. For some reason, it reminds me of a Flock camera, if it was black!

We have, too. And sadly, last weekend someone destroyed two of them at the intersection of a busy road. I understand not liking them, but destroying them is a crime. Of course it was all recorded because the overhead stoplight at the intersection had it all recorded. Such dummies.

I don't know anything about them, but good luck with it.

Just now
That one is huge.
The one that I have is about the size of a 12 inch picture frame, and it stands up like a picture frame. It works perfectly sitting on my desk, propped up on a stack of books so that I feel the effects but it isn't too low, or too high that it gives me a headache.

I've never had one at home but I have long been a fan of indoor tanning during the winter to both keep up my looks and spirits. The UV light helps me during the short winter days. There is a tanning salon right around the corner from where I work so I can run over there on a period off for a 12 minute session and be back in time for the next class.
