I am going to take my ibuprofen and paracetamol and go back to bed for a while
Amazon are not coming until after 2pm
I am so proud of myself today

And now I have slight gout.

Hope you enjoyed going back to bed and that you enjoy the rest of your day.
My day started off well as the weather is so nice I was able to have my 1st cup of coffee outside, So nice to enjoy the quiet, sip my coffee and ease into the day.
