I feel like I have water in my ears but I haven't been swimming

It isn't as bad as when you truly do have water in your ears that refuses to drain away. That sensation is really annoying. This is just one that is mildly annoying. The thing is I don't know where the "water" or fluid is coming from. I haven't been sick, and I haven't been swimming. Why is there this feeling in my ears? Anyway, it isn't too bad, hopefully it will go away as quickly as it came. One of the strange things your body can do I guess. The older you get the more strange things like that happen for no apparent reason.

Thanks, they are OK now. No biggie. I wish that was the only thing I had to worry about.

That does sound annoying, especially when there is no obvious reason for it. Have you noticed whether the feeling changes when you swallow or yawn, or does it stay the same throughout the day?

I feel for you. I hate that feeling. I usually get dizzy with that, and I’d rather have any pain than dizziness. Praying it goes away quickly for you.

That is annoying, I have experienced it in the past. I hope that it subsides, sometimes yawning or getting your ears to pop will help.

You can get these from showers too, not just from swimming. Try drying your ears with a hairdryer.

Yeah, but I don't think I got any water in my ear from the shower.

This is strange, it may be it happened while you showered.

I doubt it, I don't tilt my head. I suppose possibly when I was washing my hair.

I had that a couple of years ago. My sinuses were swollen from allergies and pressing on it. The doctor told me to get my ears to pop and that helped a lot.

That does sound like it would be annoying and weird that you have no idea what's causing it. Hope it goes away as quickly as it came.

That is quite strange. What annoys me is the ear ringing for almost an hour

Oh yeah, I do get a bit of tinnitus from time to time but it isn't that pronounced. Whatever it is seems to go away rather quickly.
