The ber months have finally arrived, however, today features a high of 94 not too brr. Friend checked in, I think he is OK..although I didn't get his call last night. My phone was accidentally on Do not Disturb. I did get a text thanking me for my concern. My nephew contacted me again in regard to the wedding, asking if we had any food allergies..?? Sis gave us our wedding menu choices when I saw her last month about a month ago. I wouldn't have picked something I was allergic to. (Although that being said with this Alpha Gal syndrome I may take an Epi Pen just super in case.) It seems the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I wonder if I will get the lamb that I ordered. Maybe I will text nephew back. I told him not to worry..things happen with an event like this, and we are adults and can handle it. He should just relax and enjoy it. However, sis wants me to tell her our complete travel itenary so apparently she can worry about where we are every second. Yikes! Micromanage much?Well I am sure if there were any problems I would let someone know.

Yeah, I'm bringing it. There are less than 60 people at this wedding.Plus they had a wedding planner..not sure why there is so much confusion. However, I think it will work out alright in the end.

@snowy22315 - We were only 30, but the place who had to send the wedding favors, forgot to deliver them. The Hotel where we had the wedding lunch fixed something to give to my guests, but I was upset.

I think it should. I just found out there was a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony though. I guess I need to go to their wedding website and check it out. I haven't been there since the beginning.

I'm happy that we're heading into cooler weather even though today and the next few days will be hot. Hopefully this is our last heat wave.
I'm sure the wedding will be wonderful and it really is nice that your nephew checked to see about allergies.

It is expcept I already saw the menu, and ordered something a month ago. I wouldn't have chosen something I was allergic to.

He's a great kid. I just hope he is happy in his marriage. Wife to be seems a bit controlling and a workaholic. However, I don't know her just my impression. I hope I am wrong

I always feel a bit sad when an occasion that should be really joyful starts turning into a whole lot of worry. As someone once said 'I'm sure everything will be alright on the night (or day)'.
