When I was a student, I got anxious when test results are about to be revealed.
When I was pregnant, I got anxious in my last trimester. Too excited to see my baby.
For the past couple of days, I got anxious because there's no update in my parcel. I am expecting two international parcels and it was supposed to arrive in the country the 20th of August. But no update until yesterday.
Sent emails to the courier and for awhile I got worried it might be missing. Today, however, when I tracked the parcel, it's on its way to me and has arrived in the country the 29th of August.
Now, I have to wait 3 more days till I get it.

I get anxiety all the time. For no reason. Sometimes it lasts all day.

Oh, that's not good at all. Do you take anything for that?

@toniganzon - Yes, I have meds for it. But they knock me out, which might be the point. So if I don't feel like zonking out, I don't take them and I just ride it out, knowing it will eventually go away.

Is it because of what you might hear? Or are you are just nervous about doctors in general?

Just now
@toniganzon I got really comfortable for years because I was in and out of the hospital, procedure after procedure. It didn’t bother me. Then, I got one very cruel doctor, and even though I never went back, it stayed with me. Ever since, I always get anxious.
